Orders under USD $60 shipping fee USD$ 25
EUROPE AND UK ORDERS:
Orders over USD $250 free shipping
Orders from USD $249 to USD $61 shipping fee USD $20
Orders under USD $60 shipping fee USD$ 30
We have two types of items:
- READY TO SHIP ITEMS: Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days Monday through Friday), unless you are buying something in pre-order*.
- PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Your order will be dispatched within 3-5weeks*.
*If one of the purchased items is in pre-order, we will put on hold the other items so we can send the complete order together. You may request multiple shipments to receive your other items sooner by contacting hello@anabuendiaofficial.com
Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
All our orders are shipped with FEDEX or DHL Priority Express International Mail, so please allow 5-7 days for your package to arrive after it's been delivered.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax, customs and duty fees on all international orders. Unfortunately we are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning it to ANA BUENDIA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of merchandise your order will be abandoned.
Please consider that customs check (in your country) may take extra time. It rarely happens but we wanted you to know :)
