RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Free returns and exchanges on all orders!
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your package. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or store credit . Please note full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items are not elegible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Please note that personalized and made to order Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact a Customer Representative at email@example.com with a detailed description of what you want to return plus your order number and we will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s).
A prepaid return label will be sent to your email. This is the only return method you should use. We do not take any responsibility for shipped items through your own carrier, in that case, taxes and customs duties will be at your cost (If necessary).
ANA BUENDIA reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear-and-tear. Plated discoloration and/or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective.
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification.
For exchanges you will receive a code with store credit and a new order can be placed on the website. Please note that availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. For refunds, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from anabuendiaofficial.com and not through any other retailer.
If you refuse a shipment from ANA BUENDIA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to ANA BUENDIA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the reoccurring shipping fee.
All orders placed on sale are FINAL and we will not be able to accommodate any adjustments to completed orders.
